MOVEMENT.

PRACTICE.

DEVOTION.

For as long as I can remember, two threads have quietly woven themselves through my life: a love of movement and a spiritual curiosity that has continually invited me to ask deeper questions about life, purpose and what it means to be human.

Over the years, those threads have led me down many different paths: martial arts, military nursing, conflict zones, yoga, Bhakti and community building. Each experience has shaped the way I now move through the world.

Today, those experiences quietly underpin everything I share here.

Movement, because a strong, mobile and capable body creates freedom.

Practice, because life is not something we master, but something we continually return to.

Devotion, because the things we value most deserve our time, attention and care.

This website is a place where yoga and strength come together, where movement is a lifelong practice rather than a quick fix, and where we can explore what it means to live with a little more intention, presence and humanity.

PAUSE + REFLECT

Essays and reflections exploring strength, spirituality and the beautifully messy business of being human. This is just me thinking out loud.

This space will continue to evolve over time, but the intention remains the same: to move often, practise imperfectly and be a little more human along the way.

Subscribe for occasional reflections on strength, yoga, spirituality and the beautifully
messy practice of being human.

Thanks for being part of this journey 🙏
